Rules:
- No griefing/destroying structures unless you have permission, own it, or the owner/owners don't mind if something happens to it. (If you're incorrect in assuming that you're fine to destroy it, then that's your problem)
- No intentionally lagging the server.
- No duping.
- No hacking.
- No stealing.

If you have been stolen from, please let me know so that I can return
what has been stolen, and so that I know who has violated the 'No
stealing' rule.
